I can’t downgrade

I’m currently on the 50 GB plan and I’ve been trying to downgrade it to the free plan but it’s not allowing me. The done button just turns grey and I don’t know what to do, does anyone have a solution?

Have you reduced your used iCloud storage to below the new subscription limit?

Yeah, I’ve kept it at a 7 mb
