Isn't Bismark way smaller than Fargo (which definitely doesn't count as a big city of OP isn't counting Minneapolis/Saint Paul as a big city

Wouldn't even break into the top 50 cities in my state. Not a dig at the people living there, but it's not a large city. Kind of like the joke about Europeans not understanding how large the US is geographically, the people living in rural states don't understand how big cities in other states are. To put it into perspective. LA county has more people living it than all the people in the red circle combined.
