Who do these feathers belong to? Feather

Found these two in the last year. Quarter for scale. Pic 1 was found in the country of jordan. It's a little more beige-yellow than visible in the picture. Pic 2 was found in the northeast US

Second feather is a rectrice from red-headed woodpecker (Melanerpes erythrocephalus).

first looks like a house sparrow feather!
