Need an ID not entirely sure where they were found someone claims on eBay that they are turkey feathers (Meleagris gallopavo domesticus) but they oddly look like great horned owl feathers?? Feather

NOT A TURKEY. I do not know the location from where they received, but they look a lot like (immature) Goshawk (https://www.featherbase.info/en/specimen/1318). If it is from the states, it could possibly be another hawk species. Not a turkey anyways. Please be careful, since it is unknown what practices a seller used to obtain these feathers.
