Feather ID help

What type of bird does this feather belong too? It is also 7 inches long altogether n the shaft is 2 inches long. Give or take. The back is black in it. I tried to ID it in my bird feather book i got. Idk. I am stumped on this one. Please any help will be appreciated. Thank u.

Turkey vulture
