My trip to Djanet was surreal. I spent 8 nights moving from place to place in a '97 Land Cruiser with two friends. One is a local from Djanet, a Tuareg tour guide and musician (the soundtrack in the video is his). This was back in April during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan. To many, traveling during that time is quite unusual, but for us, it was an extraordinary experience knowing that not many people were visiting.

Highly recommended to anyone willing to go through an out of this planet experience.
