Missing contact on hdmi replacement

Is this fixable if so how can I fix it

You need scrape some of the masking over that trace and run a patch wire.

If you have the tools it's easy peasy. Just scrape off some of the solder mask on the trace and attach a wire to it. You will need a microscope. Watch videos on trace repair for hdmi ports
