I think those are real glass and not plexiglass. Unless those are the most scratch resistant plexiglass ever made.

Looks like some of the stuff at Data Foundry Colo.
Basically where the sales guy takes potential tenants to tour the place. Theirs had LEDs down there, and dimmer lights in the room.

We used to install a lot of this type of elevated flooring with plastic or static dissipating tiles and a nice extruded aluminum structure.
