Saglit palang ako sa company ko, pero in the past 7 months na I've been working here, 6 na tao na ang dumagdag (nung nagsimula ako kaming dalawa palang ng boss ko magkatrabaho). Medyo nakakalungkot na I have to fire someone pero substandard at masyado talaga mabagal ang output niya. He's still a bit young (di ako sure pero he seems to be around 19-20 years old). My boss told me to hop on a call with him next week to let him know that we're letting him go after this month. Di ko alam kung paano ko sisimulan yung conversation or ano sasabihin ko. Any advice?

Sabihin mo yung reason bakit sya tatanggalin para aware sya and hindi sya mag-isip kung bakit sya tinanggal. Pwede pa nya ma-improve kung saan sya nagkukulang. A little encouragement na it's not the end of the world. He's still young. There's more room for improvement. Then wish him luck sa future endeavous nya. Hope it helps.

Kamustahin mo muna then pwede mo na ipaliwanag kung ano needs ng company / business. Let him / her know na hindi na-meet yung deadline. Sabihan m din na binigyan mo na ng exemption ilan beses pero hindi parin na-meet yung deadline ng task. Opportunity needed for next job then yun na. Don't forget to say thank you' parin for the days / months na naging part sya ng business. Then that's it. You can also check chatgpt / si for better response about firing someone.
