Kasi raw informal.

Hahahaha. I think so! May ganun siyang tendency din. Tapos may napapansin akong ayaw niya patalo or i-acknowledge man lang yung iba kahit may point naman.

May hang up ata talaga sila with all things British (mostly yung mga white South Africans), colony kasi sila ng British Empire nuon

Basta kapag nag-resign ka, I beg you to please use “I’d like to tender my juicy resignation” tulad nung sa Sisterakas para tumambling siya 🙏🏻

I usually don't use abbreviations when typing kahit sa chat. Casual pero properly constructed and spelled pa rin lahat as much as possible.

Lala pa nga nun e, (SMH, LOL, AFAIK, you name it. gamit na gamit niya) kaya shookt ako bigla sa pagsita niya.

Totoo yan. Nagulat nga ako. Kasi invalid daw american english. hahahaha. slang daw yan never daw yan naging proper english.

Anong lahi? Coz honestly, I had to sometimes use Chatgpt to reword my messages into something more relaxed and casual para makasabay sa convo ng mga foreign clients.

Always yan plakado haha. South African po siya.

I am truly sorry. I hope you can understand your boss that BTW is really informal jargon and you were officially on the clock... Hindi lahat ng tao millenials or Gen Zs who can pick up the modern terms and abbreviations... It's like a company telling you official confidential matters via text instead of encrypted company email... Be professional whenever possible because your reputation as an international worker carries it. Goodluck!

u/Goddess-theprestige 4h ago

2

u/Goddess-theprestige 5h ago

He's not my boss, manager siya. Pero you're right, thanks sa advice.
