Yes yes yes! You can trick yourself blna gabi na lalo kapag nag dim ka ng light or pinatay mo yung ilaw sa room mo, tulog ka talaga. Cons is confused yung katawan mo if it is morning or night lalo kung di ka lalabas ng room. Kaya paminsan inaangat ko siya.

I got it on orange app. I first bought a single arm but since I have my company laptop and use it to extend the display to my monitor, bumili ulit ako ng 2 arm na which is the other arm is for the laptop naman. Mas space saver siya.

This Ecoflow Portable Power Station, the best investment for me. Too pricey but di ka na magiisip kapag bumagyo at nawalan ng kuryente.

Ergo chair: Swak na swak lalo na pag summer, kahit wala kang aircon- hindi mainit sa katawan. Hindi rin sasakit ang hita, likod at batok mo pag matagal kang nakaupo (based on my experience)
Monoblock: Multi-purpose. Pwedeng upuan. Pwedeng tuntungan pag may kukunin kang mataas. Pwede panungkit. Pwede gawing patungan. Pwede ring panghampas sa magtatangkang manloob sayo habang naka-wfh ka hehe

Good reccos from past comments so far but I'd say consider what's annoying you the most at the moment. If you feel your neck is strained at the end of your shift, consider a good adjustable stand for your desktop/laptop. Listen to what your body needs, don't fall into "ergonomic" products easily.

Kakacheckout ko lang ngayon so di ko pa alam if malaki maitutulong sa productivity ahaha. Ipad mini. Pen and notebook ako pag meetings pero mahirap sya isearch lalo na kung months ago pa ung information. Tedious ung pag transfer to digital lalo na ang daming tasks. And mas nareretain ko ung information pag actual writing instead of typing kaya binili ko to.

Sa dami ng mga mamahalin kong budol, ang best bang for my buck talaga na budol is my Logitech Lift Vertical Mouse. Dati I used to have problems with my wrist (to the point na nagwiwrist brace ako) but now wala na talaga.
I paired it with my Zhongli butt mousepad and together they have been with me EVERYWHERE (even overseas workcations) kasi ang dali lang dalhin. Wala na akong paki na ijujudge ako basta masaya ang wrist ko.

My iPad! Kung light tasks lang yung workload mo sobrang helpful ng iPad kapag on-the-go ka. I was able to work in hospitals, malls, and even 7-11 nang walang dalang mabigat na laptop hehe. iPad, keyboard at charger lang palag palag na!
I was able to get a Pro 11 M2 sa PMC website for 43k right before nilaunch yung latest models kaya tamang abang abang lang din sa mga sale haha

In general talaga .. kahit free time ko lang ramdam parin ang difference. Nakakapagod kasi sa katawan kapag sobrang init..
dati during 10 AM - 4 PM natutulog lang ako kasi nga ang init ngayon nagagawa ko na hobbies and nakakarelax rin ng maayos..
I noticed mas malaki din savings ko, di ko na kasi need lumabas para magpalamig, so less gastos talaga.

Sobrang laking convenience bigay nito sakin sa charging and all, I can’t stop raving about it.
Super helpful if madami kang gadgets and appliances na sabay ginagamit. Di ka talaga kukulangin sa sasaksakan.

Office chair na high quality (preferably buy sa furni stores yung tig 4.5k+). This is a must!

Since people have already shared chairs and desks, I'd say the Baseus Clip-On Lamp has been a great purchase.
Really useful if you like being mobile/working in different places like cafes or outdoors.

Ito mga essentials: Good desk yung mga at least 120x60cm ang dimension para medyo maluwag, mas malaki mas okey!
Good ergonomics office chair! Medyo pricey ito pero ito ang isa sa pinaka-importante para di sumakit katawan mo. Ranging around 7k-12k pesos. Lower than that, medyo sayang pera mo.
Second monitor na malaki, at least 24inch.
Yung magagandang keyboard at mouse, extra na lang sila.

Jabra wired headset. Ung pinakamura na binili ko 2k. Tapos napansin ng dating boss ko na maganda. Un na pinabili sa lahat ng employees nya. 2 years na sa akin. Nasira na ung foam and all. I also have a Raizen bluetooth headset pero mas preferred talaga ung jabra.

Gel seat cushion - hanapin nyo yung may kasama nang punda
Lumbar memory foam - note I didnt buy a memory foam for my bum, nafflatten kasi pag foam/cushion vs silicone gel stays the same no matter your weight

1TB external HDD and 500GB external SSD. Reliable machine, used a 2nd hand macbook air 2015 in 2017, I used it til 2022. Sold it to my brother for 15k.
Then I bought a second hand 2016 macbook pro to upgrade, bought it for 22k. Then I sold this in 2024.
I then upgraded to a brand new macbook pro m3. After 2 months, ROI na din ako. But I plan to keep this machine for the next 5-7yrs.
Worth the investment.

Jabra Headset - bought it way back 2019 pa buhay pa sana yon till now kung di lang nginatngat ng aso namen. 🤣 Bought another 1 tho, same padin. 😂
Maono microphone - superb ang audio quality. Gamit na gamit sa videocall meetings (ayoko kasi masira buhok ko sa headset. 😂)
Musso ergo chair - napapa deymmm nalang likod ko dito. 🤣
Black out curtains - Since tulog na tulog sa umaga 😂

Attached a photo of them below. Eto game-changer talaga for me because I type A LOT. Learned a new hobby because of this new interest called "keyboard modding"! 😍
Got the Aula F75 for 2.1K instead of 3K at the official Aula Store. Aula has 100 OFF vouchers too.
Got the 8BitDo Retro Keyboard for 3K instead of 4K at GameXtreme.
Got the Logitech Pop for 2.5K instead of the usual 4K+ in most stores.
Tip: Use the Mega Voucher on the Shopee app to get up to 1K off on each keyboard.
- My top fave for function: 8BitDo Keyboard. I use the A/B keys and the A/B super buttons as shortcuts for undo/redo and copy/formatted paste respectively. Makes some of my tasks so much easier! They have this keyboard in other retro designs. CONS: No RGB. Limited customization for buttons. PROS: Long battery life.
- Best sound and feel IMO: Aula F75. I got the "Sea Salt" version with Graywood V3 switches. But there are so many other options and colors available! Has RGB / shortcuts na customizable using an app. CONS: Mabilis malowbatt if you use RGB lights. PROS: Customizability ng keys. Long battery life without RGB.
- Best for built-in shortcuts and pairing with multiple devices: Logitech Pop. You can easily switch to a different device using the shortcuts on F1 F2 and F3. Meron na din pre-assigned shortcuts sa ibang Function Keys na useful for sound / videos / calls (e.g., mute for meetings, play functions) at customizable with an app. PROS: Long battery life. You can use the app to view the battery percentage. CONS: Needs 2 AAA batteries. Its switches are not hot-swappable so pag nasira sila, you won't be able to replace them.

Super sulit siya! It's my favorite keyboard pero due to the nature of my work, mas gamit ko ang 8BitDo para di ako mahirapan sa copy-pasting and undo-redo 😅
Nung una yung SO ko lang binilhan ko pagkasira nung generic mech keeb niya. Pagdating ng Aula niya nainggit ako sa sound talaga hahaha kaya kumuha din ako for myself.
Yung Reaper switches niya nasa nasa 8BitDo ko na now haha kasi ayaw niya.

Also, this UGREEN Fun+ Mouse.
Bought it because it's cute AND rechargeable! Napagod nako sa mga wireless mouse na laging nagpapalit ng batteries. Ayaw ko rin naman mag wired mouse dahil makalat tingnan.
I got this mouse for around PHP 800 at the Official UGREEN Store. Each charge lasts about a month 😍
BEST PART? You can assign shortcuts to the keys using a third-party app called X-Mouse Button Control. I use it for things like taking screenshots, quick copy/paste, and pulling up emoji shortcuts on PC.
CONS: Not as small as Logitech mouse for those who prefer na maliit ang mouse. Wala siyang sariling app that you can use for customization. PROS: Makes tasks easier if you use it with shortcuts.

• Blackout Curtains - For a good quality sleep.
• Espresso Machine - I invested in a good setup (something that could give me the same quality like lattes from cafes) kasi mahilig talaga ako magkape and ang impractical kung lagi ako bumibili ng P150-200 coffee tapos gy pa ako so closed na halos ng cafe.
• Laptop (MBA M2) - I have a PC but I also got a lappy kasi I get to work while travelling. Minsan kasi choice ko hindi mag leave 🙈
• Gaming headset with Mic - Mine is Razer Blackshark. Need to talaga sa meetings, maganda naman yung quality so far.
• Pampafresh!!! - (Skincare, Derma, Facials, Massage) Don’t forget to reward yourself from time to time, your body needs it as well. Lalo na yung pang gabi ang shift, nako. Essential talaga to para di magmukhang haggard kakapuyat.

Headset for meetings, masakit kasi sa tenga ung earphone lalo na sa long meetings - what I use is Jabra evolve 20
Tyeso Tumbler na 1200 ml. Yung yelo mo nung start ng shift mo, yelo padin hanggang uwian. Refill refill nlng ng water (or coffee)
Recent purchase is Orashare na turbofan - late ko na nalaman na kaya pala init na init ako is dahil sa laptop at monitor ko, kaya pala kahit anong todo ko sa ac mainit. Eto yung naka fix

I started working for myself after leaving a job that I had for nearly a decade. Bought my own laptop after having a company owned one for years. That... and an inverter aircon. Helps keep me cool in warm months and it's not too big on the power bill.

Mechanical Keyboardsssss - plural talaga kasi depende sa mood ang keyboard na gagamitin. Magkakaibang build and layout. Nakakagana siya magwork for me.
Second monitor - more productive
Dual Monitor stand - saves space sa desk.
Mini Perfumes - nakakawala ng inis, pagod, and pagkabagot pag nakakaamoy ng mabango. Basta nakakaganda ng mood. One dab lang good for a day work na.
Must haves na itong 4 sakin aside from the usuals na AC and gaming or office chair, etc.

Yung wrist rest for keyboards. After about 7 years of raw dogging it, humina na yung left wrist ko (despite doing exercises). If you can afford it, split keyboard. They're super expensive though especially yung Glove80 which is said to be better than Keychron. I have an Alice profile keyboard from Keychron (k15) and it works well naman. Significantly made typing better for me.

Yung ergonomic chair ko Sihoo na worth 7K plus 1K shipping fee. Binili ko ng bandang October 2020.. buti na lang nung sumasakit na ang lower back ko eh hindi ko na tiniis at binili ko na. Good decision siya for me dahil nagagamit ko hanggang ngayon na naka hybrid ako.

- i had a double rod holder installed recently kaya super nice magopen ng curtain since hindi direct sunlight
- Ultra wide monitor
- Xiaomi Monitory Light Bar
- got this one specifically since separate yung control so i don't need to get up
- Ergo chair - this is what i use
- in fair naman sa CS nila, they sent me a replacement kasi nasira ko yung chair tas within warranty (kasalanan ko talaga hahaha can attest)
- Inverter Aircon - it took me a long time before buying an ac kasi gusto ko inverter and app-controlled
- Sony XM5s (sarap magmeeting lagi kasi ang clear ng boses ko)
- Logitech M720 (living for that horizontal scroll)
- Apple Magic Trackpad (absolutely a must have for mac os users)
- Brumate Era 40oz (di nako tayo ng tayo for water)
- Google Home Nest
- doubles as a speaker din kaya gustong gusto ko to
newly bought and still testing is Vornado; hirap hulihin ng tamang placement eh with my room haha
Not wfh but helps me rest after working ay weighted blanket 😍

Was using my old Dell Inspiron 14 7447 when I started WFH. I've had it for maybe 8 years, so I eventually retired it and bought a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15.
I wanted to keep work and play separate, so also want a Steam Deck, pero mahal. For now, I ended up buying a Beelink SER5 mini PC. Katabi niya ngayon yung living room TV, mostly for mid-range gaming and media. Since PC siya, ibig sabihin may backup system ako to continue WFH in case of emergency.

Razer Viper Mini mouse ❤️ dagdag stress kasi sa kamay ko yung mabigat at hirap control na mouse to the point na binebendahan ko na buong braso ko sa sakit kaya laking tulong sakin nito.

Office chair. Promise. I worked for 1year using monoblock.
Sa isang taon na yon gusto ko i disassemble likod ko and iassemble ulit sa sobrang nakakairita yung sakit.
Pero nawala skya nung nag ergo office chair ako.

Wireless headset (Shokz OpenComm UC) - di masakit sa tenga as an eyeglass ferson - di masakit sa ulo since bone conduction - since bone conduction, aware ka pa din sa paligid mo - winner ang microphone noise cancellation - can do 8-12hrs use in one full charge - pricey at 11k 😭 pero worth it if nagwhowhole shift calls ka tapos patayo tayo once in a while at lakad onti sa house habang nasa calls. The freedom to move talaga sa mga wireless

airpods pro 2 😅 humanap ako ng seller na below SRP dahil di ko majustify ung 16k haha. Laking upgrade coming from airpods 1st gen 😅 di na hassle doing calls sa public places. Nagagamit ko rin sa gym.

Kakadating lang kahapon at sakto brownout ngayom. Yung UPS na pang-wifi router. Gumagagan naman at okay sa halagang 300+ pesos. hahaha

- Standing desk (manual from Ikea, best decision ever and preference ko talaga manual)
- Wireless mouse and keyboard (less wires for me)
- 27 inch monitor (local or chinese branded, yung work ko kasi is not particular sa color correcting kaya keri lang)
- Maono DGM20 Microphone for PC and Gaming (recent buy, ang ganda ng noise cancelling and voice effect, plus pink! 💖)

Adjustable height na desk is a must for me. Sasakit likod ko kapag lagi nakaupo kaya pwede itaas yung desk para nakatayo habang nagwowork.
