Iba looks so interesting. He has this whole senior yakuza enforcer look and demeanor going on. My head canon for his bankai is that his shirt flies off, the area around him turns into a tall roof top and he can Tiger Drop all attacks for the duration.

Honestly I'm just glad Bleach actually spends time on characters outside of the Ichigo and Co. group.
