Simply removing the documents falls under this also not complying with the subpoena to return the documents falls under this as well. This is also only one of 3 laws Trump broke when he stole these documents and none of them have exemptions for declassified defense documents.

Already investigated and no she didn't as she didn't have defense documents, also why are you only worried about Hillary?
