Halliday Glasses - Smart Glasses with AI Assistant Smart Glasses (Display)
Halliday Glasses are monocular smart glasses with a tiny display in the frame. The glasses weigh 35 grams and offer 'up to 12 hours' battery life in 'normal use'. Fully recharged in less than 1 hour.
Color Options: Black, Amber, Gradient
A few use cases:
These use cases are examples. Which apps are actually ready, we will have to wait and see. If you're feeling adventurous tough you can reserve your spot and get the Halliday Glasses for the early bird price of $369.

Less adventurous peeople can order the glasses later for $489.99 in the US and similar prices in other countries.
Why get these instead of waveguide-based smart glasses?

Halliday Glasses can be controlled via a smart ring as well as controls on the temple and voice input.

The display module is made by Gyges Labs and the version for the Halliday glasses comes with IPD adjustment. Because different people have different Inter-Pupillary Distances the smaller the eyebox of the display is - where the full image is clearly visible - the more important are these adjustments. When I talked to Gyges Labs they said that another option is to sell different frame versions for different IPD ranges. The display module in the Halliday Glasses looks much more sophisticated than what I have tried a few months ago. Back then Gyges Labs said that the resolution is 400 x 400 pixels. Idk if this is still the same in the Halliday Glasses.

If you're myopic you can rotate the lens in the display module to match your prescription. And because the whole display system is in the frame, the lenses for the glasses can be ordered via any local optician.
For comparison, here's the Gyges Labs DigiWindow prototype that I have tried a few months ago:

The display works similar to the Mojo Vision display module for smart contact lenses that focuses light from the display directly onto the retina.

So the display is green text only? No video playback?
