Can folks recommend a quality surveyor?

... for property in Black Mountain. If you can give your reasons for recommending, that would be even better. Thanks.

I almost looked up your last post thinking it was a song or something. But then I thought, hey, it’s Asheville-I can see someone naming their survey firm “ Here comes the surveyors” 🤷‍♀️

Yeah, it just immediately played in my head when I saw your post. Couldn't help but reply.

Matthew Battey of Battey Land Surveying, Tom Mulloy of Mulloy Land Surveying. Look those guys up first, if your needs are for something residential and somewhat small. Both guys are great and pretty much one-man operations.

Good to hear thank you!. I had just sent emails to Matthew Battey and  Efflers. I will add Tom Mulloy as my next option.

Kee and Mapping. They’re in black mtn. Quality people and do quality work. Holmes has been good, too, but Kee is my first call.

Fleming Engineering has pretty quick turnaround right now.

Matthew Battey is pretty good as well.

Rob and Jamie Brady of Black Rock are good folks. Have used them several times and have always been very happy with their work, their prices and the way they do business.

The overwhelming majority of surveyors around here are good, less one in Hendersonville I won’t name to avoid defamation.
