I need help identifying an animal from sound

I heard this animal from outside my window and its been going on for like 10 minutes. I’ve never heard this type of animal sound before so I thought I’d ask you all.

Red winged black bird is a possibility. They make a few different noises, some very alike to what I’m hearing here. They often travel in flocks (sometimes intermingled with starlings—and starlings mimic sounds).
