Who is been hanging out in my backyard? (Central Illinois)

Pretty sure the small tracks on the left are a squirrel, but not sure about the other two sets. For reference, the pavers you see through the snow are standard size bricks.

The W shaped tracks are a squirrel bounding along. The other ones look like house cat tracks, though it’s either a small cat or a very big squirrel.

Or a recent cat and a partly-melted squirrel. The depth of the squirrel tracks makes me think they have grown through melting.

Yea ones on the left are squirrel and I’m leaning fox for the other ones based on the lobes for the rear pads and stride distance
