It’s a sable, the horns aren’t really cut off, they cut the boney core a bit so they can easily take the horn sheath off and put them back on. I have a sable antelope mount and the horns are hollow and slide on to those protrusions. The horns are massive and being able to take them off makes transporting or storing the mount way easier.
