I'm always shocked to see how fast they are and how they can jump. Beautiful cat.

It's a cat one would expect them to be rather agile

Yeah but they’re no less agile for being big. In humans bigger tends to mean slower and clumsier, but these guys tend to have the same balance and speed just with bigger jumps.

These are awesome animals. I watched a youtube documentary on them recently and I was amazed at their leaping distance.

You wanna talk leaping distance? Look at the mountain lion or snow leopard, now those bastards can leap!

I know! I watched documentaries on every large wild cat. And a few documentaries about small wild cats. I’m really in awe with wild cats.

The jaguars of South America are just crushing machines. They are huge. They hunt underwater too. Caimans are taken down like they’re smaller lizards.
