BJW is going to start his own Federal Credit Union. He’s posted about it both on the Platform Formerly Known as Twitter (where he has now blocked me) and on Facebook.

More than likely, he’s going to try his “negotiable instrument” garbage to say the funds are there, then try to sue in FEDERAL court when they’re denied.
And then LOSE in Federal court.
He’s just trying to get into another level of jurisdiction, where he hopes they’ll allow him to use his UCC “defense”.

If he’s lucky, some kook Trump puts in will get rid of modern banking regulation and he will be able to con everyone legally.

Starting a federal credit union requires getting a charter from the National Credit Union Administration. They want proof of being sufficiently capitalized, and a credible business plan.
Perhaps being someone with multiple courts losses over what amounts to fraud would not be someone the NCUA would consider a viable candidate to own or operate a credit union.

It’s easier to start your own bank ($2500 and filing fees, and requires no capitalization). Just shows you how dumb these idiots are.
