And then what? Even if you catch the guy the crime here is so high. A guy putting a sticker on a mail box is going to get you told to leave the station. We have cameras and a guy is here weekly robbing someone in the building. Same guy every time. Police do not care unless someone was shot and seriously injured
Personally, if I got an image of the person doing it, I’d remove my camera, print out images of the person, and hang it all over the mail room. But, that’s just me.

They shouldn’t. But, if management won’t install one and you want to get to the bottom of it, may have to take things in your own hands.
