Can anyone help identify what's in this artistic image? Solved

I recently came upon this artistic picture. I can't quite figure out what it depicts. (I guess the thing in the middle looks like a foot.) Any thoughts? Appreciate the help!

This feels like someone taking a picture out of an airplane window, and the reflection is their fingers holding the phone.

It does look like an horizon, but I don't see the fingers
