I was flying back to Alice Springs from Sydney and during the flight, I noticed these weird orb looking buildings. would anyone know what these are? Thanks

It's a joint US/Australian military surveillance base. Those white balls are radomes.

Basically a station that controls a bunch of gov spy satellites. Specifically the hard focused few on the middle east and Asia.
