First Car Buying

Hi, I am looking at getting my first car as I am about to get my license I am wondering what car you recommend. My budget is around 20 grand which I am going to help pay due to the fact I have a job. I am looking at a purchasing a Toyota Corolla with under 50k miles at carmax for 20k. Is this a good first car or is there something better that I should look at?

It's an excellent first car, but price your auto insurance cost first, then decide if you want a car with full coverage or not.

People can not answer this. Get in cars. Find one. That you you feel comfortable in YOU. It's your car.
