Home feed - hiding your own activities Question

Is there any way of stopping my own activities showing in my home feed? My garmin syncs all activities to Strava so I already have them muted by default to avoid spamming everyone with boring walks etc. Problem is it stills spams up my own home feed when all I want to see is other people's activity. If I wanted to see my own I'd just look at my profile.

Not having much luck googling it, anyone know?

If you "mute" an activity (not only restrict visibility to only you), it is not displayed in the feed, where activites from others are.

It is obviously still into your own activity list, on your own page, but for me it's not in the global feed.

At least that is how it works for me

I'll second this. Muting does not show you your own activities either in the 'global feed'. You will only see your friends and your unmuted activities. If you are seeing your activities mixed with your friends then those activities are not muted.

I use activityfix.com to mute any walks under 10k.

On your strava run go to edit and look at the bottom and place a checkmark on Mute Activity.

Maybe, don't record boring walks to begin with?
