The Pedalor Closed

Anybody know why the Pedaler downtown closed? It seemed somewhat sudden to me but maybe I’m out of the loop. It sounds like Oakshire is moving in there now instead of the new location a couple buildings down. Just wondering what happened, I will miss popping in there every now and then.

I heard Oakshire abandoned ship on the Rivett building after they got an estimate to renovate that was wildly different than was originally negotiated in addition to some permit problems…just a rumor.
