Honey
Why honey? I mean, the differences between honey and something like high fructose corn syrup are pretty negligible... and you also have the risk of stockpiling botulism.
I'd just go for canned sugar.

It is expensive but... and im no expert nor have I tried it but I hear it's a good antibiotic to put on wounds, BUT... then again you could just get antibiotics for that purpose, I rekon it's just nice having something that is dual purpose?

Oil. Canned or pouch fish.
Personally, I would say dried fruit and jams instead of canned fruit. They are more nutrient dense and have a wider range of uses.
