Teamsters didn't endorse Kamala Harris for not committing to keep Lina Khan as FTC Chair. Trump just announced that he is firing her for a pro-business stooge. Play stupid games win stupid prices. Trump

Considering Kamala was also gonna fire Lina Khan, yes. When it comes to big money being protected both sides have a shared interest. Everything else is up for debate. But capital losing is edge is never allowed. Lina Khan killed non-compete and blocked a mega merger in grocery stores during a time when Americans are struggling to even afford food. I’d argue she’s the single most impactful government worker of the last 8 years. And both sides want her gone.

This whole thread is kind of insane. This would be a LAMF if Harris had promised to keep Khan on, but she didn’t. Neither side was going to keep her. Maybe Harris should have done the more popular thing rather than trying to court Mark Cuban. There was nobody to vote for who kept the current pro-worker FTC as-is.

Being critical of the party’s campaign and its messaging gets you downvoted to hell around here now. The sub has melted completely and I can’t say I’m surprised.
