Unsure first time Question

Hey guys first time bunch of yeast in this bad boy added spices and auger packets let it sit for 2 to 3 weeks ik they said it’s bad if it tastes as but all of it tastes like shit to me but it’s bearable should I throw it out y tf can I not ad a image

I made sum using yeast and auger juice packets let it sit for a couple weeks how do I know if it’s bad or not

I don't know what an auger juice packet is. It's very hard to tell whether something is bad or not without looking, if there's no mould growing in it, it's likely safe to consume. Whether it's 'good' or not is down to your personal tastes.

Sediment is normal after yeast grows, does it's business and then settles out. If you aren't aiming for any specific end product, /r/prisonhooch may be something to check out. I make batches of lazy hard cider using a gallon of store bought apple juice and any ale yeast of your choice, Lalvin D47 works for me and is quite cheap per packet. Just throw the yeast in, leave it alone for a few weeks and decant into another vessel (or several bottles) and it's a perfectly acceptable cider.
