Check your local library- you can likely use one of their computers or might be able to borrow a laptop for a bit!

Check thrift stores or pawn shops you may get lucky. Call around to any local computer stores they may have some repair kicking around.

Whatever you get is likely to be very hoopty. You may be better served with a Chromebook or similar.
