What old cars are you frugal people nursing through life? 🚗 Auto

I remember the older generations would buy a car and drive it for two or three decades. Today it is pretty popular to replace a vehicle regularly. What are some old vehicles you all are still driving. I’m stuck in the early 2000s, because they are new enough to have some features, yet, mostly simple to service.

And for every other American who doesn't watch football, it's around 787,402,000 AR-15s (standard size)

What country are you from and how is the rust on it?

I treated it with oil every year, I’m from Canada QC, so with harsh winter, but the rust is going to kill it in the next 4-5 years. (It doesn’t look rusty at all, all the car look fine on the top, but the rust is all under it)

We had a mechanic on call who was friends with my late Dad, so he pretty much ensured our car was maintained. But yeah, it's pretty rusted. We live in a tropical county that's also prone to flooding.

Yeah my dad neighbor too maintained mine, everything is top notch in the mechanics, except the under frame.

Mine is going to get its under frame destroyed by rust before the motor die sadly. I did oil shoot every year, the car look nice, no rust showing, but under it its full of rust. Quebec winter are harsh to cars :(
