Northeast? Based solely off of the Wegmans jar of peppers haha

45

u/genegreenbean 11h ago

There’s a jar of Dukes. And plenty of hot sauce.

18

u/SafeBenefit489 10h ago

Dukes is sold everywhere in the US

10

u/SafeBenefit489 10h ago

I was looking to see if there was Best foods mayo or Hellmans but u had dukes dammit lol. Ya the wegmans is the give away. Northeast or south

I could only get east since we have them in the SE now. The numerous Indian and other Asian condiments plus old bay has me thinking Virginia Maryland area.

7

u/high5scubad1ve 11h ago

That was my clue. There’s a mom on social media who creates shopping and meal prep content and I always see Wegmans in her videos.

2

u/SafeBenefit489 9h ago edited 9h ago

It’s not stupid logic. Wegmans is only in very few places. Yes they could buy their favorite stuff online but that means they had to try it sometime and came from those places! lol

2

u/soupbox09 3h ago

Missing Wegmans now

Southeast

12

u/MonsieurRuffles 9h ago

The Wegmans limits it to VA or NC if that’s the case.

5

u/Ordinary-Pension-727 9h ago

And Maryland.

6

u/GeneralLivid7332 8h ago

Old bay hot sauce

5

u/MonsieurRuffles 9h ago

Maryland is Mid-Atlantic, not Southeast.

5

u/newlyautisticx 8h ago

There’s a Wegmans in PA too

u/redhot_9369 8h ago

Wegmans was founded in Rochester, NY and is the primary option for groceries across upstate NY. They only expanded down the east coast relatively recently. I'd say OP is from Monroe County, New York

I agree. It’s the south but not a place in the south with good food.

1

u/Tabm0w 10h ago

My thoughts exactly. Dukes is what gave it away.

6

u/OceanOfPopcorn 9h ago

Is Duke’s good?

7

u/Ol_Turd_Fergy 9h ago

It's my favorite mayo, and I'm in the midwest

2

u/OceanOfPopcorn 9h ago

What makes it better than another mayo? Literally saw it in one of my local stores for the first time yesterday.

3

u/OceanOfPopcorn 9h ago

I’m in the market for mayo and I was thinking about trying it

You can buy that old bay sauce on the West Coast. My home in Oregon has a bottle.

A place where that chalula needs to be checked.

2

u/Empty-Nerve7365 11h ago

You mean it looks like it has gone bad?

3

u/DrBunsonHoneyPoo 11h ago

Yeah, that’s not the normal color.

2

u/genegreenbean 11h ago

That’s the condensation on the fridge shelves as they strive for a lovely photo. There’s nothing wrong with the hot sauce 😆

4

u/sixtus_clegane119 10h ago

Yes there is something wrong with that hot sauce… it’s in the fridge

u/Prunustomentosa666 7h ago

Western NY based on the Wegmans

12

u/EclecticEvergreen 11h ago edited 10h ago

Wegmans says east coast and Delallo is an Italian market located in Pennsylvania so…yeah. Unless you get them olives as a gift or from somewhere else imma go with that. You live in PA or near it.

My family is from PA, otherwise I never woulda identified that brand.

This is my final answer lol.

11

u/genegreenbean 10h ago

Homemade pickles, all the hot sauce, and Dukes mayo. This is a southern fridge.

11

u/PromptIll6575 10h ago

Defiantly in the south. Just barley.

14

u/EclecticEvergreen 10h ago

Defiantly

🤨

8

u/mega386 10h ago

Virginia it is...

2

Do you live in a house full of random people?

Ghee, oyster sauce, tortillas, pickles and protein drink is throwing me off.

11

u/MyChurroMacadamianut 9h ago

Well I feel called out. 🤣

4

u/WildOneTillTheEnd 7h ago

Right 🤣 I’m like ope. Guess that answers it

6

u/Sharp_Lemon934 8h ago

I live like this but it’s because I cook lots of different types of meals.

3

u/JulietKiloNovember 8h ago

I live like this. I’m mixed race with history from all over the world, and I like learning about new flavor profiles, cooking, and learning culture through food.

3

u/Serious-Employer7750 10h ago

Yes! I knew it. Grew up in NC, this was our fridge to a T, that specific Dijon mustard, dukes, the produce in season even

2

u/Ok-Ordinary2936 10h ago

I’m in NC too!! East of Raleigh!

2

u/nvmber17 7h ago

Raleigh or Cary.

5

u/AntiAbrahamic 11h ago

I literally have no idea. All the brands I could identify are sold nationwide.

4

u/Odd_Friendship6184 11h ago

You are from New York near the finger lakes based off your hot pepper jelly

North Carolina

2

u/RemoteNervous6089 8h ago

Wegmans is in the Northeast so we at least know where about you are.

2

u/NotThatKindof_jew 8h ago

North Carolina

2

u/NotThatKindof_jew 8h ago

NC, you got the Dukes representation of the South but there is ghee which is a harder thing to come by unless you have a larger southern Asian population. That demographic would be attracted by tech industry so somewhere withing the triangle or perhaps Charlotte including the SC suburbs like Rock Hill or Fort Mill

→ More replies

2

u/Weebshitter2024 8h ago

I’m kinda thinking the midwest cause you gotta lot of tupperware and canned/jarred items

2

u/TemporaryIllusions 8h ago

North Carolina final answer.

Wegmans and Dukes tells me NC maybe SC but you live close to the border and know wegman’s is worth it

2

u/csh0kie 7h ago

This is my vote too.

2

u/Quitting_my_day_job 8h ago

Pennsylvania (Dellalo’s), close to Whole Foods (gooseberries), Sam’s Club (Ghee, raspberries, limes, lidded containers), and Wegman’s. I think those overlap in Lancaster, PA?

2

u/Any_Forever4944 7h ago

It honestly looks like my fridge and I’m in Montana - I love golden berries, pickles, kewpi, and all the hot sauces!

2

u/Green_Apple_3647 10h ago

A place where people don't buy local

2

u/iamawj101 11h ago

I’m going to say PA- Wegman’s and the Old Bay sauce.

1

I cant pinpoint, but definitely not the south. Lol

1

u/JessieinPetaluma 11h ago

Pennsylvania?! Wegman’s!

1

u/sheemonz 11h ago

Mid-Atlantic. More inland than the coast.

I'm guessing West Coast because of all the hot sauce and the Fage yogurt.

1

u/Putrid_Habit7821 10h ago

PA or maybe central NY?

1

u/flightofthewhite_eel 10h ago

I see dukes so it makes me think South or Midwest but I also saw old bay so mid Atlantic maybe?

I'm gonna go with Maryland.

1

u/Importance_Dizzy 10h ago

New Jersey?

1

u/ProudIntention2351 10h ago

Northeast probably Jersey

Continental

1

u/Ok-Trash-8883 10h ago

California

1

u/Time_Salt_1671 10h ago

Im going to say Maryland because of the Old Bay.

1

u/Fly1ngHawaiian 10h ago

Pacific NW, I’m seeing a lot of Asian ingredients, plus my kitchen kinda looks like this too haha.

1

u/KittyCamino 10h ago

Somewhere with $$$. That ain't a cheap fridge (Subzero)

1

u/Loving-Lemu 10h ago

Maryland.

1

u/Fearless-Boba 10h ago

Gotta be somewhere in the south with all those condiments. Way too many condiments and sodium to be anywhere but the south. Second guess would be potentially Midwest. I'm not going to let the Wegmans throw me off.

1

u/iamwonderburg 10h ago

Louisiana

1

u/dsmac085 10h ago

Southeast

1

u/Ok-Ordinary2936 10h ago

Im thinking Louisiana ish?

1

u/Freddie_Magecury 10h ago

Based on the Wegman’s with a southern flair, I’ll guess Virginia or Maryland.

1

u/Chaunc2020 10h ago

Southwest

1

u/Virtual_Response7066 10h ago

Maryland, PA, or Delaware.

1

u/RepresentativePie70 9h ago

Maryland, DC or VA.

1

u/percussio1234 9h ago

1

u/jbschwartz55 9h ago

Anyone notice the small jar of horseradish in the door? That made me think of metro ny.

1

u/Broomsweptagain 9h ago

Old bay suggests Maryland to me.

1

u/KTryingMyBest1 9h ago

Northwest

1

u/stein63 9h ago

Virginia, I have many of the same items in my fridge.

1

u/that_toof 9h ago

Virginia. NoVA or just barely. Fredericksburg or Winchester at the worst, but I'm guessing more Fairfax. I see plenty from HMart or Lotte. Whats your favorite Korean BBQ spot, I'm looking for something new.

2

u/that_toof 9h ago

aw I see your answer below. Wowee, yall got HMarts down there now? Color me surprised!

1

u/fatzen 9h ago

Old Bay sauce says Chesapeake to me, Virginia Maryland?

1

u/Parsidokht 9h ago

You gotta be kidding? You can find these in any major city USA supermarket these days.

1

u/CreativeEnd9642 9h ago

Northern ,VA

1

u/Fabulous_Witness_935 9h ago

The continental??

1

u/West_Draft1919 9h ago

It could be mine in SoCal

1

u/Ok_Escape_1367 9h ago

The hungry part?

1

u/heyitsanneo 9h ago

I think you’re in northern VA. It’s the mix of dukes mayo, condiments and ingredients from specialty stores, Asian grocery store items, and homemade pickled vegetables.

1

u/OceanOfPopcorn 9h ago

Oregon , Washington, maybe Idaho

1

u/catsmom63 9h ago

Virginia or maybe North Carolina?

1

u/OceanOfPopcorn 9h ago

Is dukes mayo good? Seen in one of my local stores and thought about trying it.

1

u/ShoutOuts2Elon 9h ago

Cleveland. The Duke's Mayo gave it away

1

u/oldswirlo 9h ago

Weggies I miss it so much 😫😫

1

u/Rapking 9h ago

What’s to the left of the pineapples and blueberries?

1

u/Ordinary-Pension-727 9h ago

East. Maryland?

1

u/HowsYaMamaNDem 9h ago

Mid Atlantic coast. Maybe slightly lower down the coast. Dukes and preference for old bay led me to that. Dukes all over south now, but southerners might prefer Tony’s or some other more southern brand. Lots of possibilities though based on variety, which is regionally eclectic.

1

u/-small-fry- 9h ago

My clue was the hunter and hillsberg hot pepper jelly which is from the finger lakes area

1

u/Goofytrick513 9h ago

Maryland

1

u/ZTwilight 9h ago

I’d say Virginia … close to a college area or the ocean.

1

u/Healthy-Ad-1842 9h ago

Why is your sesame oil in the fridge?

EDIT: and your tomatoes and sesame seeds. What’s going on here?!

1

u/Critical_Training455 9h ago

The part where it’s OK to keep oxidized hot sauces. Ewwwww

u/No-Negotiation3093 9h ago

Northeast. Somewhere between DC and NY.

1

u/Super_Lawyer_2652 9h ago

Alabama ? Lol

1

u/Informal-Ad8066 9h ago

Midwest for sure

1

u/No_Visual3270 9h ago

Maryland?

1

u/Mindless_Ice_7937 9h ago

South, but no further south than maybe Alabama. The Tupperware says small town, big family, and probably at best lower middle class lifestyle. The multiple hot sauces say a colder climate, so maybe closer to the water. And the butter says more southern, so I can definitively say you're underneath the bible belt, but most likely not from Florida, if Florida is your home state then you're either a 1st or second gen Floridian.

1

u/grrlhikes 9h ago

Dukes. You in the south, baby. NC or SC?

→ More replies

1

u/JulietKiloNovember 9h ago edited 8h ago

East Coast, somewhere between NY and VA. I have most of those things in my fridge too. Sesame oil in the fridge? You animal! Ghee should be shelf stable as well.

Oh and a lot of that dairy on the door should be moved deeper into the fridge. Door doesn’t regulate temp well and more likely to spoil quickly. Others already mentioned, but those hot sauces are dead if they’re changing color like that.

1

u/Artistic_Dot9129 9h ago

Dukes is the South yall. Virginia Duke.

1

u/Ok-Lengthiness522 9h ago

Are those sliced hot dogs

1

East coast. That’s the only place they have Wegmans 😆

1

u/Vivid-Amount-3507 8h ago

East coast, spotted the Wegmans peppers.

1

Mmmm pickapeppa sauce is THE BEST!

1

1

1

u/Rockingsecurity 8h ago

Arizona or California

1

u/Fleshsuitpilot 8h ago

Rochester

1

u/LT-COL-Obvious 8h ago

East Coast. With the Dukes, Old Bay, horseradish, and plethora of Asian cooking ingredients I’d say Virginia, close to DC.

1

u/Potential-Opposite88 8h ago

Anywhere America

1

u/Dipstickpattywack 8h ago

Hard to tell, you don’t buy any store brands.

1

u/Lins012 8h ago

Ohio

1

u/ActionMan48 8h ago

The south, Louisiana

1
