Four squares with some scribbles, and what does it have to do with Communism?

Okay my best guess is it started with this meme, then people started created pixelated/blurred versions of that picture and posting them everywhere in certain subreddits like the Frank Ocean one. The doodle one is another minimalist version of that photo. The top left square color is the guys head, top right background light, bottom left his dark brown shirt, bottom right the bag. The squiggles are the two ripping straps and the bags shadow against his back. I’m thinking people post these as a photographic way of telling someone to let it go in the comments?

My guess its something to do with the political aligment chart. Similar layout. But the colors and the random doodles are throwing me off.

Maybe the guy brings up employment to show that he doesnt have the time to get into deep reddit memes like the average reddit superstition does. Then again i dont understand the lenin thing but some people find communism funny
