Looking for a medical malpractice lawyer in the area.

My 70 mom is currently undergoing chemotherapy, she experienced something traumatizing at a local hospital at the hands of a physician. We’re looking options and wanted to reach out here for any recommendations. Thank you in advance 🤍

"To be considered medical malpractice under the law, the claim must have the following characteristics:

A violation of the standard of care

An injury was caused by the negligence

The injury resulted in significant damages"

Lawsuits are long, complicated and expensive. You could also consider a complaint to the hospital or state medical board to voice your concerns.

Be sure to spend quality time with your mother going through this challenging time. Best of luck to her health.
