SaniPac

Can I just pay 1/3 of my bill? I only get 1/3 of the service.

They're great at trash pickup, but that's it.

You have options! FWIW I have had good luck with both Apex and Royal Refuse.

It seems some neighborhoods have good luck with Sanipac and others have bad experiences with them. Same with Apex. I've noticed if you use what majority of your neighbors use it helps.

Almost everyone I know has switched to Apex over the years, and none have regretted it. It's a much better service and it's local, unlike Sanipac.

Sanipac must be rolling in money because they sure didn't care about keeping my business - seemed like I had to call at least twice a month about not getting service. Switched to Apex and no problems at all.

Double-check your pickup days, they don't do it all on the same week. Some drivers won't pick up if you don't follow the rules. (spacing, overflow, etc.) Don't forget to complain by phone.

The only reason I keep sanipac is because they somehow gave me two yard waste bins and they pick up both without question. They also weren't even billing me for them for over a year until I called and asked why their pick up schedule didn't show yard waste on my calendar. They told me it's because I didn't have yard waste but could add it if I wanted to.

So I guess this is really an endorsement for them being great because they literally do not care.

Sanipac is for rookies and rich people.

Apex is for the savvy and the workers.
