The frequency at which police avoid all consequences for actions that are recorded from multiple angles and after being caught lying on top of that is absurdly high. Especially when a minority is the recipient of said behavior.

That changes your odds, significantly. If you can't see that, I don't know how to get you to.

Feels like we’re going in circles but: pretty easy to cynically say the system is against you every time things don’t go your way.

You’re speculating on the real chance that the legal case won’t go the way you would like to see it, and are already priming yourself to blame… I dunno, probably whoever comes to mind first.

Let’s just wait for the evidence. If this does end up being Rodney King II and those cops pulled the compliant innocent guy out of his Tesla and delivered a beat down and then everyone covered it up for Reasons, I’ll be right along with you yelling for their heads.

I stated facts about what you were doing, and the history of the police. Both easily visible, one here, one with a simple search.

I never claimed the man was innocent, but to be frank due to historical information I certainly lean that way. I never said the police were in the right, but again, certainly lean away from that. The leans don't constitute a decision, merely a starting position.

You projected by asserting I have made a decision on exactly where I stand, and gone further to conjecture on my deeper thought process.

It's unappreciated, you need to realize that you're being just as knee-jerk as those you're being critical of.

EDIT: The user blocked me, so I can't respond to them. I'll put my response to their next comment here. "If you were actually waiting, we would already have commonality in our stances, since I only have a lean based on past trends. You though, claimed to be "playing the odds" and already made up your mind, which now you seem to be framing as you waiting and seeing?"
