[CONFLICT] Call to Arms Across the Empire! CONFLICT
After nulling the White-Gold Concordat, the troops are given orders to march, and to reinforce the borders of the Empire.
Remaining in the Imperial City are:
- 3000 Infantry
- 500 Cavalry
- 200 Battlemages
Marching to Skingrad, and led by the Emperor himself, are:
- 10000 Infantry
- 1700 Cavalry
- 800 Battlemages
Marching to Anvil are:
- 2500 Infantry
- 600 Cavalry
- 300 Battlemages
Marching to Kvatch are:
- 2500 Infantry
- 600 Cavalry
- 400 Battlemages
Marching to Chorrol are:
- 2000 Infantry
- 600 Cavalry
- 300 Battlemages
The Emperor has raised a call to arms to neighbouring Cheydinhal as well. Jarl Siddgeir (along with the Dawnstar soldiers) is asked to heavily guard the western border of Falkreath Hold, and Jarl Igmund is asked to strengthen the border of the Reach.

All foreign Thalmore diplomats in Colovia are to be ceased and brought along with any information they be holding to Anvil for questioning.

My forces shall be joined by the Forsworn and together we will defend the Reach against the Thalmor.Our forces number as follows.
- 11,000 Infantry
- 5,000 Cavalry
- 3,500 Battlemages

The forces left in Dawnstar will search for any Thalmor diplomats, and if found, attempt to arrest them.

when Count Lucius hears of the Emperor marching to Skingrad, he rallies his forces and awaits for the Emperor to arrive.
Forces of skingrad
5000 infantry.
2000 cavalry.
1000 battlemages.
As te army aproaches from the east, the count rides out in order to greet the emperor in person. In the meantime, all Thalmor agents in singrad are to be arrested at once.

Any troops or resources you can spare would be most appreciated. As well, make sure and protect your borders from potential Aldmeri attacks.

We ask the Emperor if we have permission to march with High King Torygg's army to Hammerfell to help the war ongoing there. Securing Hammerfell will allow us an easier route to the Summerset isles themselves.

What of the Orcs? They just marched south to attack Hammerfell, but should the war brake out, they'll become hostile to us, too. They block our way to Hammerfell.

The Cult offers it's services to the legion (as always) as to offer blessing and receive prayer. As well as to help conduct proper funeral rites, for the brave legionaries, that give their life for The Empire.

"The Time has come"
The General looks out towards his men training in Solitude.
"Legate, send a message to High King Torygg and tell him about the news of this. The Empire is once again at war with the Aldmeri Dominion, tell him we march together once the sun rises."
"On it sir... But what do you think will happen, general?"
Tullius sighs and holds his head
"I don't know Legate, but one thing is for sure. If this ends in another Concordat the Mede Empire will be dismantled for sure."
"Yes...sir."
As Rikke walks away, she utters the three words
"Talos... preserve us."
"Are the men ready to march, Legate?"
"Yes sir. I think... You should make a speech before we go."
"Of course."
Tullius clears his throat
"Men of the Fourth and Seventeenth Legions! Today we are going to do all that our training has prepared us for! We will do the will of the Empire, all her people, and the will of Skyrim! By now I am sure you have already heard that the hated White-Gold Concordat has been abolished by the Emperor, and the armies of the counts, the Jarls, and the Generals of the Empire March to the Aldmeri Dominion, and to end the cancer upon Tamriel that is the Thalmor! It takes a loyal man to kill an Altmer, but it takes a loyal legion to destroy an Aldmeri Army!"
"Therefore I ask you men, do not fail me. The hour of triumph is finally nigh for the Empire, and we will seize this moment and certainly end the Aldmeri Dominion! For the Empire! For the Emperor! All Hail his Legionnaires!"
Tullius turns away
"My god I hate doing speeches"
"You did well sir. So where do we go first?"
"Ask the High King if he can accompany our March to aid the Kingdom of Hammerfell. Also; Get 500 men, Legate, and capture the Thalmor Embassy."
"As you wish... Sir."
