Being sued by BoA
Has anyone had dealings with BoA? My first courtdate is feb 13th this year. I filed a responce, the lawers suing me asked to strike my defense amd asked for a thirty day exstention on providing me with the docs i asked for. Meanwhile they are asling for all docs in my life in original copy within thirt days of yesterday. What can i do? Any advice is appreciated.

What documents are they asking you to provide? It seems the burden is on them to prove what you owe.

They don't specifically name each document. They broadly requested any all forms of information such as documents, drawings photos video electronic or any other formate that may or may not exist not limited to personal but to include any other information in any form of medium that mau diseminate information.

I wouldn't give them anything! They need to prove that you owe what they said.

I just need to know what to do in response. Can i ask for an exstension just like they did? They know i would be willing to work out a payment plan yet did not offer one. What should i say to the judge when i get to court?

Yes you can ask for an extension. Copy what they filed, replace them with you in the doc, and file it.
You could also object to their discovery requests as vague, overly broad and unduly burdensome, and as not reasonably calculated to lead to admissible evidence.
Email the attorney for the creditor and make a settlement offer if you have one.
