Best red dot for micro compacts? Other Equipment

I have a P365 optics cut and looking to buy either a hellcat OSP, Glock 43x, shield plus, etc optics cut.

What optic can I buy that is low profile, almost made for these small 9MM guns? Can I buy 1 that can be used for all these guns specified above or do I need adapter plates for each individual gun?

First time buying a red dot that can be used universally for all my guns.

Reason I want a small red dot is to reduce printing and comfortability while carrying, the whole reason I’m carrying a p365 and not a Glock 17 appendix.

Whatcha got for me?

you planning on switching it back and forth between guns? direct to slide mount pistol optics are intended to be installed semi-permanently with loctite. gonna be a pain in the butt to move it around

Does the EPS co-witness at all on the P365?

Assuming you mean the EPS Carry, yes.

Just picked up a shield plus the other day and planning to eventually get an EPS carry for it, have the regular EPS on my 2,0 Compact and love it

I don't know if it's the best because I haven't personally shot all of them, but I can definitely recommend the Holosun EPS Carry. A lot of people on Reddit recommend this optic, and I have been extremely happy with mine.

I carry a P365 X Macro

Shield RMSc is a solid choice

Hellcat is extremely snappy. Look at the shield plus.

Esp is probably the best out there for ccw iwb. No dust or whatever will get on the emitter.

Have you shot an original P365 (not X)??

curious how you think it compares

The P365 is not "snappy". Sure, it's got more kick than a full size gun, but it is very controllable and never makes me feel like I can't handle it. You want snappy, try shooting a J frame.

Given your point of view that you don’t consider the P365 to be “snappy”, do you believe the hellcat series is snappy? You could even say the hellcat has more kick if that’s easier.

Haven't shot the original. Had a legion (not worth it) and now a frankenSig. Black AXG grip with fuse slide. I'm surprised at how concealable it is. I just use the dawson precision sights and like it. Everyone i know that has handled a p365 likes it.

Holosun SCS Carry or EPS Carry. A new contender is the Sig Romeo X Enclosed - just purchased it but haven't got a chance to mount and shoot it yet.

I would love to see a slightly smaller version of the Trijicon SRO. I love the circle sight picture but it is just too big for compact carry.

EPS carry, or SCS carry

Holosun vulcan green dot.

And you don't normally switch optics around, you buy one for each gun because everytime you switch it you are going to have to zero it in.
