I've never been this obsessed about any gun. (Bul Tac Light) I would love to see others prized EDC's. Guns & Ammo

g43 stock (has ameriglow night sights), g19 stock w XS big dot sights, they shoot bullets well, I shoot them well. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear but my setups work and I like them a lot.

I prepared for the worst on reddit that you would need a fancy pistol. That said, I love me some 2011, its fun to play with terrible triggers and mid firearms and get better then shoot something like a race gun, cz shadow 2 parrot or staccato or bul tac and be like oh wow cheating.

There are a bunch of fkn snobs on reddit and I know about the 2011 scene which is one of the worst. I'm definitely not one of them tho in that regard. I respect every gun that functions and is ready whenever u pick it up.

Lol.  I'm a poor right now due to wife's illness.  Rocking a Taurus G3C in 40, homemade gas pedal for recoil control, Viridian CTL weapon light relocated so I can do the offhand forefinger in front of the triggerguard thing and a really wild homebrew iron sight allowing target focus both eyes open shooting (hex tube, hex inside and out, rear face blacked out).

Before he died Tim told me about the full length hex tube version and let me try a homemade version on my Project FrankenRuger revolver. It's ridiculously good and fast as hell. I need to do some video recorded tests and open-source the design. Right now I have to mount it high so it doesn't interfere with shell ejection.

As soon as I can scrape up $300ish I'm going to score a Taurus TS9 which has a "flat top slide" same as the Kimber R7 Mako - both are Wilhelm Bubbits designs. That's let me slam the full length hex tube right down on top :).

The sight relocator and gas pedal are made out of a $15 Monstrum optics riser from Amazon lol and a bunch of dremelling.

Because the holster is yanking the gun out sideways the bulge from the gas pedal is a non-issue. A bunch of companies are messing around with folding gas pedals in conventional holsters for small carry guns but I'm doing ok with a fixed pedal. And it really helps with recoil, especially in a micro 40 lol.

I rub my g19.3 w/ night sights and saying that I love the gun and it’s all I actually need. It’s just kind of the definition for workhorse to me. But they arnt pretty and the only reason it’s special is because it’s mine. And that’s good enough.

nice! I have friends who have 0 issues with their 2011 and then have friends who dropped a magazine and broke and jammed, I have stock p320 exploding, Glocks missing sights, everything is suspect and quality these days

Lol .. I've seen and heard of these issues and people just make shit up to justify how good 2011’s are. The mags are usually the problem when it comes to reliability. I've noticed that the Bul mags are substantial more reliable than the standard 2011 magazine.

I wouldn't say these days. Most of those issues are very rare isolated incidents and with vague reasoning to why some of these malfunctions happened.

CZ P-01 with a TLR-7x. Trying to find just the right wooden grips for it to give it that main character feel. Tried some Cool Hand grips a couple months ago but they arrived warped and I'm not in love with any other designs I've seen so far.

I am a bit on the old school side. This has been my primary EDC for months. Yes, I also have M&P Shield on my CCW, but I carry this instead.

I love my Bul SAS2 EDC. I SOOO wish they still offered the silver color slide. Looks so much better

Been loving my ACW prime, it’s been my EDC since I got it. I carry it AIWB in a 5Shot Leather SME and it’s comfy enough to forget it’s there often enough. I may be upgrading to a 2011 in the future, although I imagine that’d be much harder to conceal due to the difference in width, so even then this might stay on CCW duty.

I carry a CZ RAMI. Stock. No light, no extra mags, no fancy bullshit. It's in a Vedder LightTuck holster. It does have the claw. That's as fancy as I get.

My prized edc is a sig p229 that I ported and did some work on the grip to make it fit my hands better. Nothing special, but it feels great and works great
