When you have a giant teenager to feed and they ask for English Muffins, you need at least a double batch.

As my mother said 1 day when I’d made focaccia at my daughter’s request, “That child is never leaving home!” Seriously, they’re gorgeous.

Well, a word of warning, if you keep feeding him like that, he might just grow to 7' and eat your car.
Or his rugby opponents.

Pretty sure his rugby coaches want him to do that, and anything I can do to help that dream come true is welcome lol

Well, best of luck to him and a preemptive rest in peace to his opponents. (And potentially your car.)

I can’t post pictures in the comments? It’s a beautiful, uniform crumb though

I felt this in my soul. I have two teen boys, I’ll make 60 waffles Monday morning and by Tuesday evening they’re gone. I’ll make a double batch of bread and it’s gone in 2 days. 3lbs of carne guisada with rice and roasted broccoli, or a 4lb roast with mash and sautéed spinach? Gone in a night. Locusts.
