I believe that's some species of Lilly Pilly Syzygium spp. iNaturalist suggests Syzygium cumini location can help narrow down species

Serviceberries ripen in late spring-early summer

Agreed with the other comment ID'ing this as a lilly-pilly.

But also... Serviceberries and lilly-pilly have mutually exclusive ranges. They can't grow in the same climates - serviceberries have a 1,000-hour chill time requirement and lilly-pillies die in the cold. Where do you live that has lilly-pillies and why did you think it might be a saskatoon??

Live in Los Angeles. I asked a friend who’s into plants but wanted to confirm on reddit

I don’t know why I can’t add text through a mobile post. Our neighbor has this tree that Overlook our backyard, the berries keep dropping, and our Rottweiler tries to get at it. It’s tough to clean because they are everywhere, just wanna make sure that these berries aren’t poisonous.
