I don’t know about Jaguars disc games or 32Xs combo cd games but the Jaguar had 50 carts released to retail during its life, the 32X had 31. In the US

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_32X_games 39 games there.
Most 32x games are from 95. 32X had planned 1 year lifespan before Saturn arrives. I believe it did good job - entertain you for one year with updated graphics games.

39 there… minus the European and the Japanese games…minus the combination disc games… because me previous statement said carts in the US and it’s 31

If you take the jag in a vacuum and accept it for what it is, it has very good games. The problem is some of them can be played elsewhere for much cheaper. But if you just want to experience games on the Jaguar there is enough to keep you busy.

And who says the Jaguar doesn't have any good games! 2025 is the year I finally get one, along with an Amiga CD32, I missed out on those the first time around.
