It is and it is because people always jump to sexuality when they see a couple where there is a size difference. In addition to a dwarf / able relationship, you also see it in the cases of people like basketball players who are 7+ feet tall with partners that are barely more then 5', you see it with tall women who have trouble finding partners due to the stigma that women should be with taller men (which also plays into the stigma you face), and even with fat/thin partners. People just look at the pairing and start thinking, "How does that work in the bedroom?" When they try to insinuate that you should only seek another dwarf as a partner, they don't even take into consideration that dwarfism is not a common minority. Despite the number of conditions that cause dwarfism, it remains a relatively rare condition - people see racial minorities every day, how many see even one dwarf daily? It isn't like you can just go down to the bar or the club and mingle with dozens of others.

As a male dwarf, people see your size and assume that since you are smaller than a normal person with no disabilities, that therefore you must be smaller ahem everywhere ahem and thus go into the mindset of "he could never pleasure a woman", which is incredibly presumptuous and discriminatory of them. What these people fail to consider is that it doesn't matter if you're carrying a thumbtack or your own personal kickstand, the thing that matters most in the relationship is the happiness of both partners. There was a woman who replied in this thread who mentioned being over 6' tall - if you were to date an above-average height woman like her and both of you were happy, who the hell should have any say over that? As long as both people are happy with the relationship, they will find a way to make everything else fall into place and nobody should have any say over who you or anyone else can seek happiness with.
