What’s something kids could do 20 years ago, but can’t do now?

Read and write in cursive. When I learned they don't teach this in school anymore, I asked a 19 year old to read something in cursive. He laughed and said he didn't know how.

I’m 15, I went to a private school and learned cursive when I was in the 6th grade. I was annoyed at first but now it’s all I use, I can’t print anymore, to me it’s like writing cursive before I knew how to.

This is dependent on school district.

Good thing though. Cursive is just a dumb concept

When I was in primary school they tried to teach us cursive writing in first grade, f**k that, my handwriting is just printed capital letters, my only cursive writing is when I need to sign something with my name!
