It's the St. Paul Greek Melkite Basilica in Harissa, Lebanon. Our Lady of Lebanon is a statue close by but affiliated with the Maronite church, not the Melkite church.

i really like the blend of traditional Lebanese and religious architectural styles. it also has the symmetrical layout typical of institutional religious buildings
