Eugh.. no live plants, overstocked as all hell, and completely incorrect tank size. Certainly hope you aren’t expecting any praise here, a LOT of work needs to be done. maybe consider using this setup for a cool shrimp oasis, rather than fish?

Oof, the problem isn't so much the decor, you can decorate your aquarium however you want, the problem is it's horribly overstocked for such a small tank

Yeah, but, after that.......it's that horrifying decor. I mean, there's just some things in this world a man shouldn't see. Things that are a perverse affront to nature. This aquarium is one of them.

No comment on the decor, each to their own , but way too many fish for not enough space. Please reconsider your stocking choice.

Stocking levels / tank size isn’t just about how much water volume can keep fish waste diluted, it’s also about the fish’s environmental & behavioural needs. This tank is both far too heavily stocked for the water volume, and far too small for both species of fish you have.
You could your numbers into here to see how overstocked your tank is:
Here is a good guide to care for skirt tetras (Glo Tetras are just GMO black skirt / white skirt tetras, and have the same care needs as their non-GMO cousins.)
https://www.fishlore.com/profile-blackskirttetra.htm
And here’s a guide to the tiger barbs:

If you want healthy fish in a balanced tank, you have some work to do to change your setup, or rehome all of those fish and keep something suitable for the tank.
