Help with German blue rams Help/Advice

After fighting some other sort of fungal infection on both of my rams it seems that my male has gotten another larger one on his head. Any ideas on what to do? I’m currently dosing the tank with Paragaurd from seachem but it hasn’t gotten any better.

What temperature are you keeping them at?

The tanks at 80

82 is ideal for GBR and should help combat fungal infections. They’re super sensitive to water parameters.

Would that affect the other fish? I have rummynose tetras, neon tetras, and clown plecos. My PH is also a little high at 7.4 should that be lowered or no?

I wouldn’t go chasing a pH. Yes, Ideally it would be closer to neutral. The neons might struggle a little but probably not your other tankmates. I personally only keep Bolivian rams because they are less sensitive imo.

Yeah next time I’ll pick an easier fish I just loved how they look. I could find a way to use lower ph water for my water changes
