Late grand-father’s Schubert piano Questions

Hello! I dont know if anyone has any knowledge about old pianos at all, but this Schubert was my late grandfather’s beloved piano.
Kinda wondering if it was ever considered a ‘nice one’, if its condition would be considered good or not for older pianos, any info really tbh! (No appraisal in my area - its out of pure curiosity as were definitely keeping as its a family heirloom).
i simply got curious about it as i love the fun fact that my grand father was meticulously cleaning the keys with milk, and the animal legs are quite fun.
It also sounds very different than the old Heintzman piano i grew up with, but i have no idea which of the two brands would even be considered ‘nicer’ in the first place.
I know the name was discontinued when the brand got bought, and my father stated it is approx 100 years old.
Anyone has seen a similar one or has any thoughts about it at all?
Thank you!! :)

This is a good website if you're researching pianos and I'm afraid that she's not at all complimentary about Schubert pianos.
