is my low gpu usage bad Question

i tried to limit fps from 100+ to 60 fps which worked and temps also dropped a bit but now gpu usage (rtx 4060 laptop) shows 46% more or less during the gameplay, is this usage bad or good now that its limitized? (aw2)

well mostly i am worried to not screw up my laptop gpu, and am wondering if this in any way can do that

No, gaming on your gaming laptop won't break it.
